India's CBSE board has said that due to the current situation in the Middle East (Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE),  examinations scheduled for March 5 and 6 for both Class X and Class XII are postponed. The new dates will be announced later.

The CBSE Board will review the situation on March 5, 2026, and take appropriate decisions with regard to examinations scheduled from March 7 onwards.
