

Muscat: In light of the current developments taking place in some countries of the region, Oman Airports informed passengers heading to destinations that may be affected by the closure of some airspaces of the necessity to communicate directly with their operating airlines before heading to the airport, to check the updates on their flights, to avoid any delays or changes that may occur in flight schedules.
Oman Air
In light of recent developments in the region, Oman Air flights to and from Baghdad have been temporarily suspended. The rest of our network is operating as scheduled and, where re-routing is necessary, will utilise flight paths well distanced from conflict areas. Travellers have been advised to check their flight status before leaving for the airport.
SalamAir
The flights to Doha have been cancelled flights and the airline is responding the evolving situation.
Indigo: "We are closely monitoring regional updates concerning Iran and its airspace. The safety and security of our customers and crew remain our highest priority. Our teams stand prepared to implement any necessary adjustments as the situation evolves. Customers are advised to check their flight status before departure. In the event of any impact, updates will be communicated promptly via registered contact details."
Flydubai: Some flights are impacted due to the closure of Iraqi airspace.
Kuwait, the UAE, and Bahrain have closed their airspace for now.
Turkish Airlines
Turkish Airlines said on Saturday that it had cancelled flights to several Middle Eastern destinations after some countries closed their airspace.*
Flights to Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and Jordan are cancelled until March 2*
Flights to Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman are cancelled for February 28.
Air India suspended flights to all destinations in the Middle East on Saturday,” the airline said in a statement posted on X.
