The Diplomatic Club hosted 'Night to Shine – Muscat', a special evening dedicated to celebrating people with special needs, bringing together families, caregivers, volunteers, diplomats, corporate partners and community leaders for a memorable event filled with dignity, joy and inclusion.
HH Sayyidah Hujaija bint Jaifer al Said who graced the event in her address, highlighted the value, strength and unique contributions of individuals with special needs, and the joy, love and hope they bring to society.
Organised by Joy House Arabia in partnership with the Tim Tebow Foundation, 'Night to Shine – Muscat' formed part of a global initiative that celebrates people with special needs as honoured guests and recognises their individuality and dignity.
Hosted at the Diplomatic Club, the evening featured a red-carpet welcome, music, dancing, interactive activities and a festive dinner. A highlight of the event was the crowning ceremony, where every honoured guest was celebrated as a King or Queen — a defining moment that captured the spirit of the occasion.
The Diplomatic Club extended its hospitality and support to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, reaffirming its commitment to community engagement and meaningful social impact.
The Muscat edition welcomed more than 150 honoured guests, supported by over 150 volunteers, reflecting the strong sense of community behind the initiative.
The event was supported by several community and corporate partners, including AmCham Oman, Europcar Oman and Crowe Oman, along with many other organisations and individuals.
The Diplomatic Club, together with Joy House Arabia and its partners, expressed gratitude to the volunteers, families, sponsors and supporters who helped make 'Night to Shine – Muscat' a success, reaffirming a shared commitment to building a more inclusive and compassionate society in Oman.
