A drone strike hit a warehouse belonging to the World Food Programme in Sudan’s famine-hit city of Kadugli. The strike “caused damage to the building and resulted in losses to the food supplies stored inside”, the source said. Meanwhile, a drone strike blamed on Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces killed two children and injured 12 others in the southern Kordofan city of El-Rahad. The Kordofan region is currently the fiercest battlefield in the war. — AFP
