Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Tuesday issued Royal Decree No. 104/2025, stipulating appointments within the Diwan of Royal Court.
According to the Decree, Sayyid Loay bin Ghalib bin Khalid al Said has been appointed Secretary-General of the Diwan of Royal Court with a special grade.
Sayyid Nader bin al Julanda bin Majid al Said has been appointed Advisor at the Diwan of Royal Court, with his existing grade and financial entitlements.
The decree takes effect from its date of issue.
