MUSCAT: An educational exhibition organised by WJ Towell at Souq Al Madina in Madinat Sultan Qaboos ran from January 22 to 24, attracting strong public turnout and enthusiastic family participation. The event brought together private schools, nurseries, and educational course providers, giving parents and guardians a chance to explore academic programmes, teaching methods, and learning services across the Sultanate of Oman.
The exhibition, organised in collaboration with Oman Night Markets, offered a valuable platform to enhance educational awareness and help families make informed decisions about their children’s education. In line with Souq Al Madina’s community focus, the event also featured free activities for children, including educational games, creative workshops, and sports programs, creating a lively, family-friendly atmosphere.
Visitors engaged actively with participating institutions, spending extended time exploring different educational options and speaking directly with school representatives.
Commenting on the event, WJ Towell said: “The exhibition received an encouraging response from both participating institutions and the public. The strong attendance and community engagement reflect the growing interest in educational initiatives, and we look forward to developing this exhibition as a recurring platform that continues to serve families in the future.”
The event highlighted the importance of education within the community and reinforced Souq Al Madina’s role as a hub for family-oriented initiatives in Muscat, while fostering stronger connections between private educational institutions and families
