A new batch of recruits joins the ROP

MUSCAT: A new group of male and female citizens holding a General Education Diploma (GED) qualification has joined the Royal Oman Police (ROP), on Sunday.

The new police recruits have passed the acceptance and evaluation phases in  coordination with the Ministry of Labour. They will start their training programmes at the specialized institutes of the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences. These programmes provide the recruits with the knowledge and skills required to perform their security duties efficiently in accordance with the latest training curricula adopted by ROP.
