Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham al Said, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat; Anwar bin Hilal al Jabri, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion; Sayyid Faisal bin Hamoud al Busaidi, Governor of Musandam, and Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al Hinai, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, took the oath of office before His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, at Al Barakah Palace this morning.
