NIZWA: The second edition of the Entrepreneurs Forum opened in Nizwa, organised by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry branch in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate. The forum will conclude on Sunday, January 4.

Saif bin Mohammed al Tiwani, Chairman of the Chamber’s local branch, emphasised that this edition builds on the success of the first forum. He noted that the forum strengthens the role of entrepreneurs and SMEs in driving economic development, providing a platform to meet supporting bodies, investors, and partners, and exploring broader marketing and business opportunities.

The opening ceremony included a visual presentation showcasing the forum’s journey, objectives and contributions from supporters. The event also features panel discussions, awareness sessions, and an exhibition with 100 entrepreneurs and SMEs, presenting products in crafts, national industries, and innovative projects.

The forum aims to promote a culture of innovation and self-employment, aligning with Oman Vision 2040, while empowering entrepreneurs to expand their operations and contribute to the local economy. - ONA
