The Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion (MOCIIP) has emphasized that only licensed delivery companies should be used for food and order delivery services to ensure food safety, service quality, and consumer protection.
Restaurants, supermarkets, commercial establishments, and individuals are urged to refrain from dealing with unlicensed providers, as licensed companies are required to comply with approved health and regulatory standards.
The competent authorities will continue to monitor violations and take legal action in accordance with applicable regulations.
