RABAT: The Sultanate of Oman is participating in the Arab Inclusive Scouting Camp ‘Parajamboree’ in Rabat, Morocco, organised by the Arab Scout Region and hosted by the Moroccan National Scout Federation.

The camp brings together around 150 scouts and guides from across the Arab world, promoting ‘Scouting for All’ through inclusive activities, workshops and field visits.

Participants are exposed to Moroccan culture while developing life and social skills, fostering values of cooperation, citizenship and coexistence. In addition to scouting, artistic and cultural activities, the programme features a scientific debate on disability and social inclusion for delegation leaders.

The camp also aims to raise awareness about integrating persons with disabilities into educational and youth programmes, promoting solidarity, belonging and equality. - ONA
