Muscat: The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism has urged specialised companies organising adventure tourism trips and activities to closely monitor weather bulletins issued by the Civil Aviation Authority, due to the impact of weather conditions expected to affect some governorates over the next two days.

In a statement, the ministry called on tourism companies, residents and individuals to refrain from organising or undertaking any adventure tourism trips during the period of unstable weather in the affected governorates, in the interest of public safety.

The ministry stressed the importance of adhering to official advisories and taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of everyone.
