Muscat: The Directorate General of Education in Muscat Governorate affirmed that a student involved in an incident on a school bus is in good health and suffered no harm, following the circulation of a video on social media platforms.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the directorate said it has been closely monitoring the incident, which involved a student being forgotten on a school bus belonging to one of the schools in Muscat Governorate.
It confirmed that the student did not experience any complications and is in good health.
The directorate added that all required legal procedures were taken immediately after the incident in coordination with the competent authorities.
The directorate reiterated its full commitment to protecting the health and safety of students and emphasised that it continues to implement all necessary measures to ensure their wellbeing at all times.
