Sayyid Badr holds talks with Indian FM, discusses agreements

Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud al Busaidi, the Foreign Minister,  received a call from his Indian counterpart, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.

During the call, they discussed several topics of mutual interest concerning bilateral cooperation and the growing strategic partnership, particularly as the two countries celebrate seventy years of diplomatic relations.


They also discussed their intention to conclude agreements and memoranda of understanding in the coming period, which will bring greater benefits and strengthen the shared interests of the two friendly nations, in addition to developing trade and investment.


The two ministers also addressed some developments and efforts related to security coordination and cooperation.
