Foreign Minister receives written message from Saudi counterpart

MUSCAT: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Foreign Minister, received a written message from Prince Faisal bin Farhan al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
