LONDON: The Ministry of Information presented two media awards during its participation in the annual Foreign Press Association ceremony, widely known as the 'Journalism Oscars', held in London.
The awards recognised outstanding investigative and news reporting, as well as inspiring human interest stories, reflecting the Sultanate of Oman’s commitment to supporting high-quality media content and celebrating excellence in journalism on an international platform.
Badr bin Mohammed al Mandhari, Ambassador of Oman to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, presented the awards to the winning journalists. The ceremony was attended by a distinguished gathering of media professionals, artists, intellectuals and diplomats from the Omani Embassy in London. - ONA
