Muscat: The Dhahirah Governorate Police arrested an individual of Arab nationality who modified the features of a vehicle he had rented from a Gulf country and replaced its license plate upon arriving in the Sultanate of Oman.
According to the police, he had unlawfully taken possession of it in an attempt to disguise and manipulate the security authorities in preparation for disposing of it
. Legal procedures against him are being completed.
