Muscat: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Foreign Minister, received Ghassan Salame, Minister of Culture of the Lebanese Republic. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Lebanese Minister's participation in the Human Dialogue Forum. The meeting featured a mutual emphasis on the importance of developing initiatives that support cultural and intellectual exchange, as well as dialogue among civilisations. The two ministers also discussed a set of regional and international developments and exchanged views on them, in line with ongoing endeavours to create opportunities for achieving security and just peace in the region. — ONA
