MUSCAT: Maj Gen Hamid bin Ahmed Sakroon, Chairman of the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies (ASDS), received at Bait Al Falaj Camp on Monday a delegation from the Royal Saudi Land Forces, led by Maj Gen Ali Hamad al Juhani.


The Chairman of the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies welcomed the visiting delegation. The two sides exchanged conversations on a number of topics of mutual interest, particularly in academic fields.


Furthermore, the Saudi delegation visited the Joint Command and Staff College at the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies. Upon their arrival at the College's headquarters, the delegation was received by Brigadier Mohammed bin Ahmed al Mashaikhi, Commandant of the Joint Command and Staff College.


During the visit, the delegation viewed a visual presentation about the Joint Command and Staff College and its diverse training and educational programmes. The delegation also went on tour of the College's facilities. - ONA
