MUSCAT: Abdulaziz bin Mohammed al Matrooshi, a petroleum and energy-engineering graduate from Sultan Qaboos University, has been recognised as one of the most promising rising talents in the global energy sector during the Energy Forum held in London.

The recognition honours his academic excellence, professional competence, and notable contributions to innovation, sustainability and renewable energy — underscoring the strong calibre of Omani graduates and their growing global competitiveness in the energy field.

Al Matrooshi credited his achievement to the continuous support of Sultan Qaboos University and its academic and research partners, which empower Omani youth to excel internationally in innovation and sustainability.
