Washington - The Sultanate of Oman was ranked among the ten safest countries globally for 2024, according to the Global Safety Report issued by the international firm Gallup.
Oman secured fourth place worldwide in the index measuring countries where people feel the highest levels of safety, particularly while walking alone at night.
Oman also achieved a high score of 91 points in the "Law and Order" index, underscoring its firm commitment to upholding the highest standards of security and safety. The report affirmed that the combined focus on security and law enforcement effectively contributes to the widespread feeling of safety among individuals.
