Muscat - His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a telephone call this evening from United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres. 

The telephonic conversation focused on His Majesty the Sultan's perspectives regarding several regional developments, particularly recent events concerning the Palestinian cause and the ongoing Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip, in addition to the situation in Yemen.


The conversation also addressed ways to enhance international efforts to uphold international law and United Nations resolutions, with the aim of promoting peace, security, and justice for all.
