Oman participates in Embassy Festival in The Hague

THE HAGUE: The Sultanate of Oman participated in the 13th Embassy Festival held in The Hague, Netherlands.


The festival saw participation from more than 60 countries and was attended by more than 70,000 visitors. It is one of the most prominent international events highlighting cultural diversity and bringing together the world’s cultures in the heart of The Hague.


Jan van Zanen, Mayor of The Hague, visited the Sultanate of Oman’s pavilion, where he expressed his admiration for the authenticity and richness of the Omani culture. He praised the level of participation and the distinguished participation of the Sultanate of Oman in this international event.


By taking part in the 13th Embassy Festival, the Sultanate of Oman affirms its commitment to strengthening cultural communication, building bridges of friendship with peoples around the world and consolidating its position as a bridge for cultural convergence and openness to diverse human cultures.


The Omani pavilion reflected authentic Omani hospitality. Visitors were welcomed with Omani sweets and enjoyed henna tattoos, which were widely admired.


Visitors praised the warm welcome and atmosphere, considering it a vivid embodiment of the Omani identity and authentic generosity.


A number of visitors expressed their desire to visit the Sultanate of Oman to explore its diverse tourist attractions and investment opportunities.
