Muscat: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, held a telephone call on Tuesday with Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkiye.
The two ministers discussed a number of issues related to bilateral cooperation and its development, as well as consultations on regional and international situations.
Sayyid Badr lauded Turkiye’s stances opposing the inhumane and illegal Israeli policies against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the occupied territories.
The two sides agreed to enhance joint coordination to support security and stability, expressing their hope for sustained efforts by the international community to take practical and constructive steps to achieve justice and peace.
