The Coast Guard Police, led by the Musandam Governorate Police, in cooperation with the Musandam Naval Base, arrested 21 Asian nationals attempting to enter the country illegally in the Wilayat of Khasab. Legal action is being taken against them.
Meanwhile,. the Anti-Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Department, led by the South al Sharqiyah Governorate Police, arrested four Asians for attempting to smuggle more than 41
kilograms of crystal meth in the Wilayat of Sur.
