MUSCAT: Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Numani, Minister of the Royal Office, on Monday, received in his office Shaikh Mohammed bin Maktoum al Maktoum, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Sultanate of Oman.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the deep-rooted historical bilateral relations, while affirming the importance of enhancing bilateral cooperation and joint coordination to achieve the aspirations of the leadership of the two countries.
Gen Al Numani also received Ibrahima Seck, Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal to the Sultanate of Oman.
The meeting addressed the existing relations between the two friendly countries and discussed areas of joint cooperation and ways to enhance them in various fields.
For his part, the Senegalese Ambassador expressed his appreciation for the development of bilateral relations, commending the Sultanate of Oman’s regional and international role in supporting security and stability. — ONA
