Al RUSTAQ: The Women’s Education and Guidance Centre in Al Batinah South Governorate, under the Department of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, has recorded a series of qualitative achievements during the first half of 2025.


These accomplishments underscore the centre’s vital role in empowering women and promoting religious, cultural and social awareness through a comprehensive range of programmes and initiatives targeting various segments of society.


In the field of Quranic education, the centre supervised 113 Quran memorisation schools, with 4,281 male and female students enrolled. The “Noor” project for qualifying female Quran memorisers continued its progress, recording 310 participants, 33 of whom completed memorising the entire Quran. Additionally, the centre conducted 353 supervisory visits to Quranic schools and achieved 7 diverse educational milestones. — ONA
