SALALAH: The 2025 Summer School Programme for students has officially commenced across four summer centres in Dhofar Governorate. Organised by the Directorate-General of Education in the governorate, the two-week initiative is titled ‘My Summer: Communication and Development’, and brings together 255 male and female students from various schools in the governorate.

Hamed bin Bakhit al Mashikhi, Acting Director-General of the Directorate-General of Education in Dhofar and Chairman of the Local Committee supervising the programme, highlighted that the initiative aligns with the Ministry of Education’s efforts to utilise summer vacations in developing students’ skills in a safe, engaging environment.
