MUSCAT: Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Numani, Minister of the Royal Office, on Wednesday received Vice Admiral Edward Ahlgren, UK Defence Senior Advisor to the Middle East and North Africa.
At the outset of the meeting, Gen Al Numani welcomed the guest and reviewed the bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the United Kingdom. The two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation in a manner that strengthens the security of both friendly nations, in addition to reviewing recent developments on regional and international fronts.
On his turn, the guest expressed his deep appreciation for Oman's diplomatic efforts in bridging viewpoints on various issues.
