BAGHDAD: Eng Said bin Hamoud al Maawali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, met on Saturday in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, with Her Excellency Dr Hiyam al Yasiri, Minister of Communications of the Republic of Iraq.
