Oman, Eritrea explore more cooperation

ASMARA: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Foreign Minister, held a meeting with Osman Saleh, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Eritrea, in Asmara on Monday. The meeting discussed the cooperation relations between Oman and Eritrea, and means of promoting them in various sectors, such as mining, marine resources, transportation and logistics, information technology and banking.


The two ministers exchanged views on a set of regional and international issues of common concern. They stressed the importance of coordination and consultation to maintain security and stability, and achieving comprehensive development. The meeting was attended by Saleh bin Mohammed al Saqri, Head of the African Department at the Foreign Ministry, and some officials. — ONA
