OCCI tourism committee holds first meeting

MUSCAT: The Tourism Committee of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) held its first meeting of 2025. The meeting was chaired by Dr Siham al Harthy, Chairperson of the Committee. The meeting looked into proposed initiatives and activities that constitute part of the committee’s action plan for the year 2025.

The initiatives and activities align with the OCCI’s strategic approaches, which include improving the business environment, expanding the base of economic diversification and contributing to the economic development of governorates amid updates seen by the tourism sector in the Sultanate of Oman. - ONA
