Al Rustaq: The City Walk project, located in Al Rustaq in the South Al Batinah Governorate, is one of the most important projects in the region. It will be situated near Rustaq Hospital, covering an area of 28,000 square metres.

This ambitious project aims to create a vibrant and integrated environment that meets the needs of both residents and visitors. It will offer a mix of recreational, health, and investment services, while adhering to the latest sustainability standards and urban design principles.

Engineer Masoud bin Said al Hashmi, Governor of South Al Batinah, emphasised that the City Walk project has clear and diverse objectives, including social goals. The walkway will provide a comprehensive recreational experience that enhances the quality of life for the residents and visitors of the area. Furthermore, the design embraces the concept of "humanizing cities" by focusing on the comfort and well-being of individuals. The project will also revitalize the area, particularly during the evening hours, by offering a variety of activities.
