MUSCAT: Vice Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis al Raisi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), received at Muaskar Al Murtafaa a delegation of the US Capstone Programme led by retired general John Kelly, Director of the programme, currently visiting the Sultanate of Oman.
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged cordial conversations on a range of topics of common interest.
The meeting was attended by Brigadier Hamid bin Abdullah al Balushi, SAF Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations and Planning, and Brigadier Badr bin Nasser al Kharousi, Director-General of the Joint Military Intelligence and Preventive Security at COSAF. It was also attended by the military attaché at the US Embassy in Muscat. - ONA
