MUSCAT: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) Index 30 closed yesterday at 4553.31 points, down 50.5 points and 1.10% compared to the last trading session of 4603.84 points.


The trading value amounted to RO 1,584,339, down by 55.2% compared to the last trading session of RO 3,539,160.


The report issued by Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that the market value decreased by 0.620% from the last trading day and amounted to approximately RO 27.63 billion.


The value of non-Omani purchases in the stock exchange amounted to RO 69,000, representing 4.36 per cent, while the value of non-Omani sales amounted to RO 398,000, representing 25.11 per cent, while the net non-Omani investment decreased by RO 329,000, representing 20.75 per cent. — ONA
