RIYADH: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (MoHUP), is currently taking part in the Cityscape Global Exhibition 2024, being held till November 14 in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The event is one of the world's largest real estate exhibition, looking beyond traditional real estate to envision the Future of Living.
The exhibition features multiple stages where creative minds from around the world converge, enabling individuals, companies, and exhibitors to connect with leading figures in investment, development, design, and innovation.
Oman is participating in this event through four mega projects, namely Sultan Haitham City, Al Khuwair Downtown and Waterfront Development Project, Oman Mountain Destination Project and the integrated residential neighbourhood projects.
The Sultanate of Oman seeks, through its participation in this event, to showcase the investment opportunities available in future projects in the real estate sector, attract foreign capital and investments, in addition to strengthening partnerships and cooperation with global investors in the fields of real estate, architecture, design and urban planning. — ONA
