MUSCAT: The Oman Green Building and Sustainable Cities Forum opened in Muscat, aiming to promote green building practices, sustainable urban planning, and renewable energy use. This two-day event focuses on providing insights into modern building techniques and fostering partnerships between public and private sectors to help Oman achieve its climate goals.

Sponsored by Eng Hamad bin Ali al Nazwani, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning for Housing, the forum’s agenda includes legislation, sustainable urban design, green building materials, energy and water efficiency, and facility management.
