Citizens safe after China's "Bebinca" typhoon: Oman Embassy

Muscat: The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in the People's Republic of China is closely monitoring the developments of Typhoon "Bebinca" which has battered the city of Shanghai and the surrounding Chinese areas.


In an online statement, the embassy confirmed that all Omani citizens in these areas are safe, advising them to remain vigilant, follow local authorities' safety guidelines, and take all necessary precautions.


“In case of emergency, please contact the embassy using the phone numbers provided on its official account on the X platform”, the embassy said.
