New Maritime Route Connects Shinas Port with Iran’s Bandar Abbas Port

Muscat: The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology announced the launch of a new maritime route connecting Shinas Port with the Port of Bandar Abbas in Iran.


The move comes in line with the ministry’s efforts to activate and boost revenues of Omani ports.


The strategic partnership aims to enhance tourism movement and trade exchange between the Sultanate of Oman and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
