Muscat: The latest analyses from the National Early Warning Center for Multiple Risks indicate the possibility for a trough of a low pressure system to affect the Sultanate of Oman from May 2, which may lead to rainfall of various intensities, Oman Meteorology said in a statement.


It is expected to affect the northern governorates of the Sultanate and extend gradually to affect Al Wusta and Dhofar governorates.
