This prestigious accolade celebrates 15 organisations in Oman renowned for their steadfast commitment to fostering exceptional workplace cultures, driving high levels of employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall productivity.
In Oman, a total of 15 companies have been acknowledged for their unwavering dedication to both customer satisfaction and employee well-being.
Among the top-ranked workplaces in Oman for 2024 are industry leaders such as Hilton, InterContinental Group Hotels & Resorts, DHL Express, Abdulwahab’s Office, PSA BDP (BDP Logistics LLC), Adriatic Aluminium and Glazing, Oman, BFL Group, Advanced Control Systems and Communications LLC, Tav Operation Services, Insight for Financial, Business and IT Consulting and Services LLC, and Gastronomica General Trading Co LLC.

The comprehensive evaluation considered all industries, from multinational corporations to local businesses, showcasing the diversity and vibrancy of the business landscape in the region.
Great Place to Work, a global research and management consultancy, is dedicated to recognising the Best Workplaces in over 60 countries worldwide and provides premier business and advisory services.
With a mission to improve people’s lives and create a better society by enhancing the workplace experience, the organisation enables any company based in the Middle East, falling within the industries belonging to the lists, and employing 10 or more employees to participate.
Companies appearing on the list are primarily selected based on their employees’ responses to the Great Place to Work Trust Index, a proprietary employee survey developed by Great Place to Work. Established in 1991, Great Place to Work aims to provide a simple, research-driven methodology that can be widely utilised to understand and assess organisations.
Organisations interested in being considered for future lists, including the 2024 and 2025 Best Workplaces, are encouraged to apply from now until the beginning of the following year.
