Muscat: In a tragic incident on Thursday, Sameeha Tabassum, a class 8 student of ISWK, lost her life after being struck by a speeding vehicle while attempting to cross the road in front of her school.
The accident also resulted in serious injuries to her mother, who was accompanying her at the time. Eyewitnesses reported that the incident occurred shortly after the conclusion of school exams, around 11 am, near Wadi Kabir Indian School.
Sameeha succumbed to her injuries at the scene, while her mother was rushed to the hospital with severe injuries.
