SUHAR: Parts of Oman including Muscat and wilayats of the Governorate of Al Batinah North on Thursday experienced moderate to heavy rains, which led to the overflow of some wadis. Heavy rains fell in the wilayats of Suhar, Saham, Al Khabourah and Al Suwaiq, while moderate rains fell in the wilayats of Shinas and Liwa.
