Thamrait, a town in Oman's Dhofar Governorate, is poised for a major transformation with the development of the Thamrait Industrial City. This ambitious project aims to not only establish Thamrait as a commercial and economic center but also act as a key driver of sustainable national economic development, aligning with Oman's Vision 2040 goals.

Thamrait's strategic position is a major advantage. Its proximity to concession areas, quarries, and the Najd agricultural area provides access to valuable resources. Additionally, its closeness to Salalah Port and Salalah International Airport makes it an ideal destination for investors, offering seamless logistics and connectivity.

Spanning a vast 4 million square meters, Thamrait Industrial City boasts integrated facilities including roads, electricity, water, and sanitation. To attract investors, the project offers financial incentives, such as reduced rental fees and grace periods, particularly for contracts signed between 2021 and 2024.

Thamrait Industrial City also aims to create job opportunities for local residents, strengthen local industries, and empower the local economy. It will also support small and medium enterprises and transform the town into a thriving economic hub.
