Al Mouj Golf’s standing as one of the world's premier golf destinations is well-recognized, as demonstrated by its consecutive inclusion in the Top 100 Courses in the World in Today’s Golfer, a distinction it shares with only one other course in the region. Further showcasing its dedication to excellence, Al Mouj Golf has been re-certified in the industry-leading GEO and Audobon standards for 2023, making it one of only a few golf clubs in the world to maintain both certifications. The course has served as the venue for several prestigious tournaments in recent years, most notably hosting the European Tour's NBO Open in 2018 and The Asian Tour elevated event the International Series in 2023.
Occupying a stunning two-kilometer stretch along the coastline that looks over the Sea of Oman, the golf course enjoys a breathtaking backdrop of the Hajjar mountain range. Its five waterfront holes perfectly encapsulates Oman’s natural beauty. The golf precinct is a hub of fantastic attractions including 5-star hotel and resort, the Business Park and the top tracer technology, drawing numerous visitors to Al Mouj Golf course annually.
