MUSCAT: Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali al Harthy, Under-Secretary of the Foreign Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs met on Tuesday with Mamadou Sow, Head of the regional mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for the GCC countries.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed areas of cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and the ICRC. They also discussed matters related with assistance provided to Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip within the context of the Israeli war waged on the strip.
The meeting was attended by Shaikh Humaid bin Ali al Maani, Head of the International Affairs Department at the Foreign Ministry, Abdullah Mohammed Said, Head of the ICRC mission in Oman and Dr Abdullah bin Hamad al Badi, Adviser for Humanitarian Affairs at the ICRC mission. — ONA
