MUSCAT: The international conference “ENT Update” kicked off on Thursday. The event, which runs till December 10, 2023, highlights developments in the field of ENT surgeries.
The conference is organised by the College of Medicine and Health Sciences in Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) and in cooperation with SQU’s hospital (SQUH).
The opening ceremony was held under the patronage of HH Sayyid Dr Faris bin Turki al Said.
Further, the conference is attended by 350 participants from Oman, the GCC, Asia, Europe, Canada, America and Africa.
Moreover, an exhibition is held on the sidelines of the conference. Several companies are participating in the exhibition by displaying equipment and technologies related to developments in the ENT surgery field. - ONA
