Muscat: Royal Oman Police's South Al Batinah Governorate Police Command, in cooperation with the Muscat Governorate Police Command, on Tuesday arrested three citizens on charges of stealing money from a fuel filling station in the Wilayat of Barka, and legal procedures are being completed against them.
