Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Thursday issued Royal Decree No 63/2023 adding a member to the Supreme Judicial Council’s structure.
Article (1) adds the Secretary General of the Supreme Judicial Council to the Supreme Judicial Council's structure stipulated in Article (1) of Annex (1) on the Supreme Judicial Council attached to Royal Decree No 35/2022.
Article (2) cancels all that contradicts this decree or contravenes its provisions.
Article (3) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
