South African Police Service (SAPS) K-9 Unit leave a burned apartment block in Johannesburg. Search dogs looked for bodies on Friday in a building that went up in flames killing dozens and forcing South Africa to confront an illegal housing “crisis”. More than 70 people have died in the fire that engulfed a five-storey building in central Johannesburg, the South African city’s emergency services said. — AFP
